Transform your dresser with beautiful new pattered drawers. Add a pop of color to the back of your plain old bookcase, or take your office to a whole new level with a beautiful desktop. Wallpapering furniture takes a few basic supplies, but mostly patience. If you’ve got plenty of that, you’re good to go.
First Step:
Prep your piece so that is smooth. Any bumps, cracks, or inconsistencies on the surface will show through the paper. Measure and cut the paper so it covers the space completely. It doesn’t have to be exact, but it should be pretty close to the edge. You can use any measuring method you choose. Eyeball it, crease with your hands, or you can use a tape measure. You will have a chance to trim edges after the wallpaper is applied, so don’t overthink it at this point.
